One of the premier names in audio meets one of the premier names in athletic footwear as Skullcandy and DC Shoes link up for their first ever collaboration. The collection consists of two of DC's most popular silhouettes, the Spartan Hi and the Stack.
The Spartan High sports a black leather and nubuck upper with metallic gold detailing visible in the form of a contrast stitch and branding seen on the quarter panel, tongue and heel. Completing the look below is a black-striped white performance cupsole.
Black and metallic silver leather dominate the upper of the Stack, while black nubuck aids the look on the side panels, forefoot and heel. This shoe is also treated to a contrast stitch, which appears in silver throughout. A compression molded EVA midsole and black rubber outsole caps things off.
With each purchase of the limited edition DC Spartan Hi or Stack, you will receive a pair of DC Shoes x Skullcandy shoelace earbuds. The headphone cord on the bud was adapted from a classic DC sneaker shoelace emblazoned with a DC logo lockup.
Both styles will be available at DC stores and online at www.dcshoes.com this November as part of the DC Shoes Holiday Collection. The Spartain Hi will retail for $80, while the Stack is priced at $95.
