Kicking off the second half of the 2011 Nike MAG eBay auctions was group six, which closed last night in the ballpark of $492,482. That number would give round six the lowest total to date, but still means another healthy amount of cash will go toward the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. The pair that closed for the highest amount last night ended at $4070.15, lower than the average going rate of pairs auctioned off during the first five days. An average pair was auctioned off for about $3,283 last night.

The overall total for money raised from the Nike MAG auctions stands somewhere around $3,627,450. When you factor in Google Co-Founder Sergey Brin's pledge to double all donations made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation throughout the remainder of the year, you're then looking at a contribution of nearly $7.3 million dollars to fight Parkinson's Disease.

Day seven of the 2011 Nike MAG auctions will be closing in a matter of hours. With prices lowering and auction days dwindling, now is the time to head over to nikemag.ebay.com and place a bid.
