When we previewed the children responsible for the 2011 Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Collection about a month ago, we got to meet Isaiah, the young man with the distinct honor of being this year's Jordan Brand representative. Following the likes of Tony Taylor Jr., Sheridan Brenton, Jordan Dark and Cole Johanson, Isaiah added his unique touch to the iconic silhouette that is the Air Jordan 4. It's possible that this design reflects the child spirit more so than any other shoe in the series.

Isaiah chose a black nubuck base for his shoe, with lasered arrow print running along the base through the toebox. The significance of this arrow print is currently unknown. Green accents the shoe on the wings and plastic lace tabs, while a neon variation works the laces, midsole and Jumpman branding on the heel. Royal blue takes care of mesh paneling on the quarter panels and tongue, as well as a contrast stitch, Superman patch on the tongue and custom Mars-like Isaiah logo on the heel. White pops up on the inner lining and midsole, which sits atop a graphic-revealing translucent outsole below.

The 2011 Doernbecher Freestyle Collection will be officially unveiled at the Portland Art Museum on October 8th. No word on when we'll see Isaiah's Air Jordan 4 released, but stick with Sole Collector for updates.
