Air Jordan Retro 3 Flip - Black & White Comparison Photos

More than four years after the original "Flip" Air Jordan 3 hit retailers, a new black-based pair popped up out of nowhere earlier this month. Featuring a black elephant print textured leather upper with contrasting metallic silver accents and a light grey outsole, the "Black Flips" are due out later this year. We've seen the shoe in detail several times over, but here's a side-by-side comparison next to the White/Black-Metallic Silver-Varsity Red colorway from 2007 courtesy of Sole Awesome.

While there is no official word on a release date yet, rumors have the "Black Flips" dropping in October. According to these pictures, they'll be tagged at $175, a retail price we also saw on the "Black History Month" Jordan 3 back in February. Keep it locked to Sole Collector for further updates.
