Dads Can Finally Wear Nike's Modern 'Dad Shoe'

The 'Phantom' colorway of the Nike M2K Tekno has finally released in men's sizing after its women's-exclusive drop earlier this year. The pair is available now via Finish Line.

Back in May, Nike released the first pair of its updated Air Monarch—the M2K Tekno. The women's-exclusive model was the brand's answer to the "dad shoe" trend and quickly sold out upon release. Now, the chunky sneaker is finally available in men's sizing.

Seemingly out of nowhere, Finish Line dropped a full size run of the off-white and orange "Phantom" colorway. The men's counterpart to the original release appears to feature a few slight differences. Instead of a completely off-white leather upper, this pair mixes in mint green panels and baby blue on the toe box and liner that add to the bright orange heel counter's pop of color.

Any fathers looking to up their shoe game can head over to finishline.com to cop a pair for $100. It is unclear if the M2K Tekno will be dropping at a wider range of retailers in the future at this time, but images leaked from Nike could indicate a more official online debut could be coming.
