Rapper 2 Chainz's hints of a sneaker collaboration with Versace weren't all for naught—the fashion label debuted several colorways of the Chain Reaction trainer on the runway during Milan Men's Fashion Week yesterday.
The super chunky silhouette, which falls in line with current footwear trends, is highlighted by chain-link tooling and exotic colorways consistent with what we've come to expect from both Versace and 2 Chainz. Exactly how involved he was in the design process isn't clear at the moment, but he's being heavily featured in the rollout and even attended yesterday's show.
According to WWD, the Chain Reaction sneakers will release online in two months, likely in limited quantities.
