Air Jordan golf shoes aren't just statement pieces for casuals—they're performance options for the world's best players.
Sixth-ranked Jason Day turned heads during the first round of the 146th Open Championship earlier today, when he hit the greens wearing Air Jordan 1 golf shoes. Previously an Adidas athlete, Day signed a multi-year endorsement deal with Nike last September. The Air Jordan 1 Golf launched back in February for $200 a pop. Day's pair appears to be a custom version, as the released white pair did not feature black Swooshes.
Day shot -1 in the first round, keeping him the pack for championship contention.
