This year, Nike celebrated the twentieth anniversary of the Air Max 97 with the return of OG colorways like "Silver Bullet," "Metallic Gold," and collections of other Air Maxes to match. The celebration is not over quite yet as the Swoosh introduces an all-new "White Snakeskin" colorway.
With a premium luxe approach to the '90s runner, the "White Snakeskin" Air Max 97 features a sail upper. The mudguard utilizes a snakeskin pattern, while a white midsole adds a small amount of contrast to the mostly off-white sneaker. Shining light on the sneakers reveals reflective 3M piping, a traditional Air Max 97 design element.
As of now, there is no official release date for the Nike Air Max 97 "White Snakeskin," but it is expected to hit retailers this summer.
