Sneaker stores stocking limited product often struggle to find a way to release pairs that they don't have many of. New York boutique Rise is turning this negative into a positive with its release for the coming "Royal" Air Jordan 1 by running a charity raffle for the shoes, with donations going to the Foundation for Flint to help the city's water crisis.

24 pairs of these Jordan 1s in sizes 8-12 and 13 are available through the raffle. Raffle entries, available here, run $1 each and there's a minimum spend of $10. The donation period runs from now until Friday, March 31, at 5 p.m. EST. Rise will contact winners on Friday and make the sneakers available to them for purchase on Saturday, April 1.

While this pair of Jordans is a coveted one, information from big box retailers ahead of its release suggests that it won't be as limited as the last "Royal" Jordan 1 release in 2013.
