Tomorrow, Adidas will officially open its new flagship store on the corner of 5th Ave and 46th Street-in New York City. Inspired by U.S. high school stadiums, the space was based on a stadium retail concept, which includes a tunnel entrance, stands for live-game viewing, locker rooms and The Track and The Turf — where consumers can test and experience products.
Additionally, there's a stadium fan shop-inspired guest kiosk, which will offer healthy juices and snacks curated by Brooklyn juicery Grass Roots, real-time personal fitness consultations from EXOS, a concierge service for NYC tips and books focused on fitness, athlete mind-set and nutrition. The Print Shop allows customers to personalize jerseys in real time, while shoppers can create exclusive apparel and footwear at the miadidas Studio. A same-day hotel delivery services will send your purchases wherever you want while you explore what the rest of NYC has to offer.
Last night, select members of the media and VIPs were invited to the new store for an early preview. Guests included Desiigner, Karlie Kloss, Joey Badass, Justine Skye, Madison Beer, Eniko Mihalik, Dave East, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and Robin Arzon and DJ Esco.
