The Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 is happening after all. After a custom rendering of such a shoe surfaced in 2015 and was shot down as not real by Virgil Abloh himself, it looks like the real deal has surfaced.
The image above shows Abloh wearing the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1, which has very literal text designating it as both a shoe and the right one in the pair. The photo is in black and white, although the shoe itself appears to be black and white.
Nike's spent a decent amount of energy marketing the Air Force 1 as of late, so it's not exactly surprising to see the brand pass a collaboration to the likes of Abloh and Off-White.
