This Thursday, power laces will officially become a real thing. The Nike Hyperadapt 1.0 incorporates adaptive lacing technology, and while it isn't the 2016 Nike Air Mag, it is the first sneaker with the technology to be offered at retailers. The sneakers will without a doubt be extremely hard to get, but NBA Champion and Olympic gold medalist Kyrie Irving already has his on-feet.

In a short video posted on Twitter, Irving takes off his Nike Kyrie 2s to try on the "White" Hyperadapt 1.0s and is immediately impressed.

For the rest of us regular folks, we'll have to try our luck on December 1 through Nike SNKRS and select Nike locations. And with a retail price of $720, they will not come cheap.
