Adidas doesn't need Boost for a successful lifestyle runner, as proven by the popularity of the AlphaBounce. The brand is staying committed to the model with a new set of releases that changes around its upper by introducing Engineered Mesh.
According to Adidas, the Engineered Mesh cuts on the shoe's upper increase airflow around the wearer's foot to make the model more breathable.
Adidas will bring its latest AlphaBounce colorways to retail on Nov. 19, with four pairs for men and four for women releasing at $110 each.
The Adidas AlphaBounce made its retail debut in June. The model has since enjoyed a decent level of success, with some selecting it as a cheaper alternative to the Ultra Boost.
