Over the summer, Kevin Durant decided to leave Oklahoma City for a better chance at championship success with Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors. While the two MVPs will now share a locker room, they don't exactly share the same taste in sneakers.

Durant was a guest alongside rapper Nas on tonight's episode of Any Given Wednesday with Bill Simmons. During a speed round segment of the interview, Durant touched on a range of random topics, including Curry's heavily-ridiculed "Chef" Under Armour Curry 2 Low sneakers.

Simmons actually gave Durant an out, posing the question, "What did you think of the Chef Currys?" to Nas. However, before he could share his thoughts, Durant chimed in with a quick, "They were bad," drawing laughter from the crowd.

Surely, the moment was all in good fun, but the Nike vs. Under Armour dynamic will be an interesting story to follow this upcoming season. With Curry as the league's newest superstar, Under Armour has had a marking hold on the Bay Area for the past two seasons, but that changes with Durant's arrival. This likely won't be the last of the competitive jabs we see between the stars and their respective brands for the foreseeable future.
