Nike's retro sneakers aren't the only shoes getting a big push for the Olympics, because the brand has just unveiled a bunch of its performance offerings.
While "Volt" was the go-to shade for the 2012 London Olympics, Nike's chosen a new "unlimited colorway" to fuel its Olympic athletes.
The colorway blends volt and hyper-punch pink, a combination that Nike says was inspired by the creatures one might find in a tropical rainforest; birds for their color changing feathers, and beetles for their shimmering shells.
This unlimited colorway will be executed on performance sneakers like the Flyknit Elite, Train Ultrafast Flyknit, LunarEpic Flyknit, Air Zoom KD 9, Free TR Focus Flyknit, and NikeCourt Air Zoom Ultrafly, all of which will be made available to the public beginning August 4.
