Though first released last year, the Nike Air Max Zero was originally conceptualized in 1986, three years before the Air Jordan 4 would make its retail debut. Roughly from the same era, the two silhouettes have now been mashed up courtesy of a NIKEiD designer.
Instagram user @laced_heat recently shared photos of his creation, which brings the iconic "Bred" scheme of the Jordan 4 to the runner. While limited options prevent exact blocking, the iD colors actually sync up nicely with the retro Jordans.
The Air Max Zero is still customizable for $190 at nike.com.
