Russell Westbrook battled, and he did so valiantly, but Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals didn't turn out the way he wanted it to. Despite once leading the series 3-1, the Thunder fell to the Golden State Warriors 96-88 last night, ending their bid for an elusive NBA Championship.
Westbrook finished the season with a 19-point, 7-rebound and 13-assist outing, but didn't shoot the ball well enough to help the Thunder close the gap in the second half.
On the bright side, he did end things in a mean "Blackout" Air Jordan XXX PE. If the Air Jordan XXXI releases as early as expected, this may be the last time we see Westbrook play in this model.
