Nike Basketball’s Ky-Rispy Kreme truck left Beaverton earlier this month, embarking on a cross-country journey as Kyrie Irving has been cruising through the 2016 NBA Playoffs. The truck, appropriately, made its first stop in Cleveland for Tuesday’s opening game of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Fans lined up as early as 8 a.m. for a chance to buy the Krispy Kreme-themed Nike Kyrie 2s, complete with donut box packaging. There may not have been any server crashes or bots to contest with like a typical online release, but there were still far fewer pairs available than fans that wanted them. On the bright side for Kyrie fans, he did lead the Cavs in scoring during their dominant 31-point victory against the Raptors later that night.

Cleveland wasn’t the truck’s only stop: it's also headed to Baltimore and New York City (Watch Nike Basketball’s Snapchat for the latest info on its voyage). Fans who missed out in Cleveland, or don’t live in a city where it will be stopping, can still buy a pair of these Krispy Kreme Nike Kyrie Irving shoes on NIKEiD.
