After canceling a number of online orders for this weekend's "The Master" Jordan 12 release, Nike is doing its best to help those who missed out on the shoes.
Twitter users like @DavidLinsanity shared screenshots of emails they received from Nikestore letting them know that their orders had been canceled. In the email, Nike promises to set aside a pair of the upcoming "French Blue" Jordan 12s for anyone who had their order canceled.
Wow really.. You can't fulfill my order? @nikestore @Jumpman23 ... @J23app #jordan12s pic.twitter.com/9uTFUUTFm1
In addition, Nike is offering a 20 percent off coupon to anyone who received a cancelation email.
While thinking that a sneaker purchase was successful only to learn days later that's not the case is a downer, at least Nike's making an effort to do right by its customers here.
