Had Michael Jordan not briefly played with the Washington Wizards, a "Bred" Air Jordan 17 probably would have existed in 2002. Turning that idea into a reality, the Bulls-inspired colorway is being released as part of the model's first ever retro run this year.
The shoe is a straightforward take on the classic scheme, sporting a predominantly black leather upper, with red accents popping up on the eyelets, heel counter, midsole and tongue. A white outsole helps offset the look below.
Strangely, the "Bulls" 17 is currently pegged for a Sunday, May 29 release date — a day after the "Flu Game" Air Jordan 12 Retro. Be sure to hit the follow button for all updates.
