Jordan Brand has officially opened the doors to Jordan 8 Wellington, Asia’s largest Jordan-only store located in the Central District of Hong Kong.
The space inherits Jordan Brand’s new approach to retail space design, which began at Chicago’s 32 South State Street store. Customers will have access to members-only offerings such as custom t-shirts and jerseys and pre-registration for new releases. Product education and training services will be open to customers on specified days, along with a wear-test area that will highlight drills and moves on an adjacent digital wall.
“Jordan Brand always strives to bring the best performance products and services to our consumers in the Greater China region,” explains Eric Wei, GM of Jordan Brand Greater China. “The opening of Jordan 8 Wellington is a big step forward. We hope to bring this brand new, premium consumer experience to other cities soon.”
Also at Jordan 8 Wellington is a series of special installations, including a Jumpman centerpiece by artist Michael Lau and a wall of all-gold Air Jordans.
