Adidas is looking for young talent to join the brand via the adidas Design Academy, a 24-month program that introduces designers to the world of sportswear.
Program participants will rotate between major design studios and spend time abroad. Positions are split between adidas' global headquarters in Germany and its U.S. headquarters in Portland, Ore.
While the adidas Design Academy doesn't guarantee jobs to participants, there's no doubt that the brand will be looking to recruit those who excel there.
