During the official Air Jordan XXX unveiling, designers Tinker Hatfield and Mark Smith unboxed a Galaxy-inspired colorway of the model that they say was designed without the knowledge of Michael Jordan and the Jordan Brand. Dubbed "Cosmos," the galactic colorway plays on Hatfield's original "Mister Cosmos" sketch idea for the Jordan XXX, depicting Jordan in the 1988 Dunk Contest.
Due to the secrecy of the project, views of the starry sneakers have been limited thus far, but Smith offered a short 360-degree video on Instagram earlier today. As of now, there's still no word of a sneaker release date, but there does appear to be plenty of fanfare for the colorway.
