And still no first signature shoe for him.

Swaggy P is the gift that keeps on giving, and recently, he's been keeping us entertained with his unpredictable sneaker choices to start the season. Last night, he laced up an undisputed classic in Brooklyn.

One of six Lakers to score in double-digits on the night, Nick Young got his buckets in the black Nike Air Zoom Generation, which was spotted on the feet of P.J. Tucker in "Wheat" last week. Though the business behind not doing so is understandable, the AZG is long overdue for a retro.

Young had 10 points and 0 assists as the Lakers picked up their first win of the season, beating the Nets 104-98.

UPDATE 11/7: In a sad, but not so surprising update, Young's AZGs met their demise earlier today. In an Instagram photo, Young revealed that both of his 12-year old sneakers now have detached soles. He added the caption "Today in practice," which suggests that they made it through the game, but couldn't withstand one of those physically demanding Byron Scott practices. R.I.P. Swaggy's AZGs — gone too soon.
