Converse collaborates with fashion label Maison Martin Margiela once again for another round of white-painted classic silhouettes. This time, the Converse First String collection offers ultra-soft premium leather versions of the Chuck Taylor All-Star 70's in Azure Glow and True Navy colorways and the Jack Purcell in Azure Blue and Biking Red hues, each coated with a layer of white paint that will crack and wear off over time to make each pair like no other. Each model also features Maison Martin Margiela branding on the tongue, as well as the option for painted or unpainted laces.

The second installment of the Converse First String Maison Martin Margiela collection will be available Friday, May 23rd at Converse San Francisco, Santa Monica and Soho retail locations, Maison Martin Margiela stores, select Converse First String retailers, and Converse.com for $250 each .
