Fans of the iconic early 90's outdoor hoops shoe from Nike can rejoice, as we get our first good look at the Air Raid retro, seen here in one of its original colorways of Black and Flint Grey. The cross-strapped, heavy-duty, asphalt-ready Raid designed by Tinker Hatfield helped lead the way for outdoor specific hoops shoes upon its release in 1993, and now its back in its truest form, featuring a black leather, mesh and nubuck upper with accents in Flint Grey, along with a contrasting white midsole.
The Air Raid hasn't received an official US release date, but pairs are up for pre-order now with a reported April release date from European retailers like Titolo. Are you ready for the return of the Raid?
