Michael Jordan Smokes CigarThis year, the Jordan Brand will celebrate the 23rd Anniversary of the Air Jordan 6 by rolling the model out in a variety of colorways both old and new. While many Air Jordans are iconic for one reason or the other, the Air Jordan 6 may be the most special of them all — it was the shoe Michael Jordan wore when he won his first ever NBA Championship. He laced up the 'Infrared' colorway as the Bulls disposed of Magic Johnson and the Los Angeles Lakers in the 1991 Finals. The ring would be the first of six MJ would go on to win in his illustrious career.

It's no secret that MJ enjoys the occasional cigar — he famously lit them up in the locker room following each of the Bulls' championship-clinching wins. Saluting Jordan's championship history and one of his favorite pastimes, the Jordan Brand created this special 'Cigar' colorway of the Air Jordan 6. The shoe features a brown leather upper with red and gold accents. Jordan's championship crest adorns the heels and the lacelocks mimic championship rings.

This sample has Summer '14 tagging, and while likely, a release has not yet been confirmed. Check out the photos below and let us know what you think about this unique new colorway.
