A wearer of Air Jordans since his days in high school and one of the fastest rising stars in the NBA, San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard has reportedly signed with the Jordan Brand.

The news was first reported by Spurs beat writer Jeff McDonald of San Antonio Express-News, who talked to Leonard prior to Saturday night's game in Portland. As of now, there has been no confirmation from the Jordan Brand.

“I've been wearing Jordans really ever since I started playing," Leonard told McDonald. "I'm excited he decided to bring me along.”

Leonard has started off this season wearing black and grey colorways of the Jordan Super.Fly 2.

Earlier this week, Jordan Brand announced the additions of rookies Victor Oladipo, Otto Porter Jr. and Cody Zeller.
