Joining in the retro madness that has taken over 2013, has also been a solid slew of releases from FILA. With the FILA Spaghetti and ’96 in heavy rotation at retailers nationwide, it looks like Grant Hill’s popular sig will indeed be going the low top route. That’s right, his infamous FILA ’96 has shed a few inches in height in order to pull off it’s new low cut look. Staying true to its OG form, this latest pair sports a red, white, and blue color scheme that also includes the trademark patent leather piping outline about the side panel. While the high top version has been enjoying being on display at the Bata shoe museum in Toronto, the folks over at FILA are obviously looking to keep the momentum going, as they are more than ready to unleash this low top beauty upon the sneakerhead masses. For all of you sneaker fiends who have been feeling what FILA has been bringing to the sneaker table, you will be happy to know that you can head over to Finishline right now to add these joints to your gradually growing collection of sneakers, that is sure to get bigger as the year progresses.
