Earlier today, Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III announced that he's been cleared to play by doctors, just about seven months after undergoing surgery to repair a torn right ACL and LCL. For the past several months, RG3 has stated that he's "all in for Week 1," and with today's announcement, his prediction is looking pretty good.
Also today, adidas Running shares a video of the reigning Rookie of the Year reacting to receiving the brand new Springblade runner. Griffin was a world class track athlete at Copperas Cove High School in Texas, so he happens to know a thing or two about running.
