It's been five months since SoCal lifestyle brand BAIT first previewed its Reebok Question collaboration. Today, an official look at the shoe, details about the design and release information.
The "Snake" Question takes us back to BAIT's "Blue Apple" Shadow 6000 collaboration with Pick Your Shoes and Saucony. That shoe represented the forbidden fruit shared by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, while this pair is symbolic of the serpent. The shoe features a snakeskin upper, patent overlays, BAIT branding on the heel and a translucent rubber outsole.
Release is set for August 10 at BAIT's flagship store in Diamond Bar and a soon-to-be-announced Iverson Tribute Pop-Up Shop in Los Angeles. A limited run will also drop at baitme.com the following day. Retail is set for $180 and each pair comes with a matching BAIT snake t-shirt.
Additionally, BAIT teamed up with Coolrain on a limited edition "Bubba Chuck" collectible figure that will be released along with the Questions. A second version was launched exclusively at Comic-Con San Diego last week.
