Though we're not even two years removed from the "For the Love of the Game" Air Jordan Retro 7 Olympic release, celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the 1992 Dream Team's dominance in Barcelona makes another re-release of MJ's gold medal kicks a must in 2012. This summer, the Jordan Brand is set to drop a huge lineup of Olympic-themed sneakers, including the already-anticipated "Gold Medal Pack," the classic "Olympic" Air Jordan Retro 6 and of course the "Olympic" Air Jordan Retro 7. This will be the third re-release of the sneakers that Fat Joe famously licked the soles of in 2002 because of how impossible they were to find.
When can you get your hands on a pair? The Jordan Brand is going to give you a week to get your wallet together after you pick up your "Olympic" 6s on July 7th. These will hit retailers two weeks later on Saturday, July 21st.
