Previewed yesterday as the Air Tailwind Night Track NRG "Disco," Nike officially unveiled the new Night Track today, just ahead of its upcoming release date.

Both colorways of the Night Track feature a metallic silver upper, along with either the original candy apple red or rich royal blue accents. A smooth glitter sole, "ideal for any dance floor," accentuates the sneaker's "disco" feel.

With the release, Nike "celebrates the soul of the '70s and the vibrant fashion and nightlife obsessed generation that taught the world how to boogie woogie woogie without a care in the world. At a time when style is center stage, NIKE looks to the modern day equivalent: those who embody both the energy of a robust nightlife and the spirit of fashion that is synonymous with the '70s. No better platform presented itself than Paris Fashion Week, and a small Parisian store that dictates fashion trends for the globe over."

That small store, colette, will release the blue version at its Carnaval event on March 10 and 11.  The red version releases during Paris Fashion Week, this Saturday, March 3, at Nike Stadium Paris.
