Although it doesn't seem likely at this point, the Oklahoma City Thunder are prepared to try to knock the Los Angeles Lakers off their Western Conference block. The team is creeping toward elite status, and a big reason for that is the improved play of Russell Westbrook. Westbrook gave the Lakers problems last season and is twice as good this year. He's improved statistically across the board, and along with Kevin Durant, has the Thunder in position to host an opening round playoff series.
Like Rajon Rondo with the Hyperfuse last season, Russell Westbrook was the first player to put the Air Max Fly By on the court this season when he wore his vibrant yellow excusive on Christmas. This pair, designed for road games, is a little more subtle in its look.
