There's been a lot of talk about the University of Oregon in recent weeks, most due to the football team's appearance in the 2011 BCS National Title Game. However, the team's success also brought about some interesting new footwear, including their volt-colored Alpha Talon cleat and blacked out Air Jordan Retro 9 exclusive. With football season over and the school's attention totally turned to hoops, it's time for the Ducks' Basketball Team to get some love too.
Like the football team, the basketball team is the beneficiary of a lot of exclusive goodies from Nike, especially sneakers. Seen here is an Oregon Team Exclusive colorway of the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse. The shoe features a dark green fused one-piece upper, accented by hits of bright yellow Swoosh, inner liner, laces and outsole. Oregon's famous "O" logo also turns up on the tongue in yellow. Look for these to hit the court sometime in the near future.
