While we're all aware that the 2010-2011 NBA season is still young, we can still see improvement in some of the league's rising stars. Take Russell Westbrook, for instance. While the focus has been on a potential MVP campaign by Kevin Durant, Westbrook has taken his game to a new level. The 22-year old point guard has seen statistical improvements literally across the board. Russell's "Why Not? attitude may be the catalyst for these improvements, as well as the hard work he put in this summer as a part of the Gold Medal winning USA Basketball team.
