To say it's a season of change for Gilbert Arenas is putting it lightly.

A new jersey number, a new star teammate to defer to and a new set of expectations from even his harshest critics are all in store, and as he works himself back into the groove of the season, there's even another change that we've been tracking on since preseason.

He'll be wearing a new sneaker brand.

In just his second game of the year, Arenas broke out the Under Armour Micro G Supreme for the first time, as pictured at right along with a look at perhaps some vintage Gilbert shot selection. He'll be the lone wearer of the new model from Under Armour for the next few months, as it won't be seen otherwise until sponsored high school and college teams begin wearing them in January.

Designed by John Humphrey, the Under Armour Micro G Supreme made for Gilbert can be seen in his preferred low-top cut, and was made in both home and away Wizards team colorways. Both colorways feature a perforated leather quarter panel and nubuck overlay rand, with patent leather insets along the heel and toe. Micro G foam cushioning can be found along the shoe's shared tooling previously seen on the Micro G Lite

Keep an eye on Gilbert Arenas this season as he looks to regain his scoring touch while wearing the Under Armour Micro G Supreme.
