Just as they have since the Air Jordan IX, Tinker Hatfield and Mark Smith once again teamed up to design and create the latest Air Jordan signature sneaker, a process that began just as the team was celebrating their success with the Air Jordan XX3.
In this detailed video, both Tinker and Mark reveal the many inspirations that helped shape the shoe, including the reasoning for the upper’s transparent TPU window, as well as the tooling’s new bottom-loaded Zoom Air bag. As the brand celebrates its 25th Anniversary with the introduction of the Air Jordan 2010, both designers share just how the shoe, according to Tinker, “looks like part of the legacy of Jordan, and part of the future of Jordan.”

Yeah…I am gonna have to pick these up! They are intriguing to say the least and more innovative than any other Jordan put out since the XXIII. They still revisit the past in them but it’s not over done like with all these other JB shoes.
Very nice. Getting rid of the jumpman logo in the circle proves JB occasionally listens to us. A touch of the V and definitely the silhouette of the III. Such a huge improvement from the 2009. Welcome back Tinker and Mark. They can’t all be retros….
I dont disslike them so much, but a classic in 25 years? Im sure he thought that about the XV.
these kind of look like kobes to me
I luv the “luv sneaks” shirt Smith is wearing. Never seen it, but I really hope it is released soon. Maybe it will be part of the 2010 clothing? Anyone know?
