Ronnie Fieg has had a hand in countless Asics designs over the last few years. In fact, his work with Asics on their classic models has helped bring some of the company’s best silhouettes back from the dusty vaults that seem to swallow classic sneaker styles. Two of which include the Asics GEL Lyte III and the Asics GT II, and Ronnie has decided to give away a sample pair of the latter.
The sample colorway consists of a high grade Aqua nubuck upper, grey outsole and white underlay behind the Asics logo, which gives it the perfect highlight. The inner liner has been hit with a dose of grey to match the outsole, and if you choose, the laces as well. The shoes will also come with white laces and color matched Aqua laces.
You can win this pair of one-off Asics on the Culture Shoq site.

This is a great pair of shoes, a nice classic look, and the aqua is great.
I really like this colourway, Asics have some really sweet shapes to there shoes!
ASICS HAVE REALLY GROWN ON ME!!! I THINK THEY ARE FLY NOW!!!
Those are a little blue for me, but I do like the shoe itself.
My thoughts as well… not only is it a little too blue, but the blue itself is too dull.
Almost like a faded blue.
yes, in another colorway
These are very very clean. I’ve never been a fan of asics until seeing this colorway!
Another Great Colorway, Nice Clean and Simple look. Looking forward to these.
Love the color. This shoe is a classic that needs more great colorways.
