With the White/Red and Black/White colorway having already dropped, the Black/ Royal is the latest colorway of the classic AND1 Tai Chi to hit stores.
Built with a full suede upper, the lateral black and medial blue version was put on the map by former Knicks player Latrell Sprewell, whose frenetic pace and gritty play made him a perfect in New York and with AND1 at the turn of the century. After leading the Knicks to the ’99 Finals as a #8 seed and coming into the fold with the emerging AND1 basketball company the following year, he was even widely featured in their controversial advertising campaign, proclaiming “I Am The American Dream.”
While Spree’s game may be a thing of the past, and the Knicks haven’t seen anything close to their early decade success, you can still re-live the glory with the Black/Royal AND1 Tai Chi, available now at AND1.com for just $70. With a mesh liner in favor of the original terry cloth collar, and herringbone insets over the OG’s nubbed pattern, the new Tai Chi is revamped and built for ball.
Keep checking back for more colorways and info!

I will be picking up a pair of these, without a doubt.
The Black/Royal colorway brings back memories of the playing ball in middle school!
OMG, love these!
