After getting off to a tremendous start to his young rookie season, Brandon Jennings was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week today by the NBA, coming on the heels of his 55 point outburst on Saturday night. The ‘Young Buck,’ as he’s become known over the last few months, is generating buzz that Under Armour could only have dreamed of when they signed the brash and speedy point guard over a year ago as he prepared for the challenges of European hoops. Here we have a look at four colorways of the latest Prototype model from Under Armour, three road versions and a home option, sitting atop the same tooling that we’ve come to know from theĀ budding hoops category. With a combination of ballistic mesh, synthetic leather, texturized nubuck and patent leather, each version is also set off by a stitched in #3 and Bucks piping matching pull tab that runs along the heel. Nobody seems to be complaining that it conveniently happens to mirror everyone’s favorite luxury brand’s trademark stripe.
We’re, like seemingly everyone else, desperately waiting for Under Armour to make their basketball plans known, as Brandon continues his great run throughout the season.

I like the second one best followed closely by the first. If that green was black on the first, it’d be the best hands down.
That Bucks Colorway is dope as hell!
I love what hes doing with UA!
man…id rock that…like no joke..
These look great, all the combinations work really well IMO, both the mesh and leather really do the job. Come on UA, pull the trigger, release these!!!
Hmmmm LOVE that ballstic mesh!!! Could use some pics taken from other angles though!?!? I still can’t get past thinking this reminds me of an Iverson model… or what a good Iverson model would look like!
^ I didn’t really even notice it until the KO Classic was just posted up recently, but these kind of have a similar court block to the Answer IV, just in terms of the heel swoop that runs up into the toe. Kind of.
I like both of the Black/Green versions best myself…something always great about contrasting materials and textures and a dark base upper on a white outsole.
No doubt Nick. So many cats neglect the depth and texture of mixing materials. I’m all about ballstic mesh, perf’d leather, pebbled leather, NOT patent (way played out),… it really makes a shoe pop! This is why I appreciate the flu-game retro XII… that suede makes for a real rich matte black! I even like the carpet swoosh on the AJ 1 Phat
I’d cop on sale at Ross. A distant 3rd after Nike and Adidas. Do they perform?
Lovin’ all of those… WTH is Under Armour waiting for?!
i those a lot
these go in except the last white pair…
hey, when you get a basketball player like brandon jennings, you have to step ur sneaker game up. that bucks colorway looks sick on those ua’s. nice job
Signing Jennings was such a genius move by UA, and no one knew it at the time… wow.
