To help usher in the brand’s 25th Anniversary year, the Alpha Air Jordan 1 will be releasing in the Spring of 2010, paying tribute to the shoe that started it all. With the modern update comes several upgrades in both technology and construction, as the antiquated Air-Sole unit is replaced with a full-length, bottom-loaded Zoom Air bag that is encased in a cored out Phylon midsole. Along the upper, the iconic design lines and cues are married by no-sew overlays and perforated inlays, keeping the same appearance from afar. Along the heel, notice the ode to the XX3, as the Alpha Air Jordan 1 features the plush and environmentally friendly mesh lining found on the now classic model. The Alpha Air Jordan 1 will be releasing in the four colorways seen below this upcoming Spring season, with the Black/Varsity Red/White dropping first in January, and the rest in March, all retailing for $125 each.
January — Black/Varsity Red/White:
March — White/Black/Varsity Red:
March — White/Black/University Blue:
March — White/Black/Varsity Royal:

they are ok. new look on a old classic
not horrible but not amazing either.
the only great thing is the full length Zoom air
Will get these to play in, and keep my original retros stored in box maybe even get them signed by Jordan.
Smart move by Jordan to update and improve upon these.
You think these will be good to play in? I’m sorta interested in playing in them.
UGLY AS HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so you think og 1’s are ugly? because other than the perforations there are not that much difference in appearance.
The OG’s were like walking on cardboard! Love the updated look and really love the full length Zoom Air!
walking? imagine playing ball in the og’s. Big ups for those who did & still do.
Im just not going to be one of them b/c ill be ballin in the full length zoom air jordan 1s,baby!
I love these they made the original Jordans playable for these days. they will have cushioning this time. Well stuff that works
I can’t see the pics, but I know they are nice.
not really feeling these
i cant get the pics to work either
Hmm, these look strangely familiar. Didn’t LeBron James have a shoe that looked like these? I think I saw them in an Eastbay book not that long ago.
Even so, I’m feelin’ them.
These shoes are sick as hell, the red n black ones are pure beauty. Id pay almost anything for theses right here
