wasnt so much a trick with emarld. ruby you just had to knight of the rounds that motherfucker till he died

it was for emerald weapon. you had to get an item (forgot what it was called) from a man or a boy all the way at Kalm, they must've been bugging when they set that timer for 20 min |
definitely have to agree. i played that game when i was about 14 or 15 and only when i recently bought it again and understood materia better did i beat them. i had my materia set a certain way (which i have written down BTW) but you do need to build up your KOTR up to at least 4 stars before taking on any of the 2 of them. You also need quad magic built up and mime. PM me for the materia set-up.
