Not sure what the other your talking about is, but this one is pretty customizable, to me at least.

I'm guessing you have Rainmeter installed. Double click on the Rainmeter task bar and new window should come up. Go to configuration. Scroll down and there'll be things called App, AppLabel, etc ... That's where you change it.
