I heard the EX2 was really iffy in its responce time in relation to the SE Madcatz mad. Everyone I asked said to go with the SE, and the EX2 is sodered into the frame so modding is going to be a bitch lol thats why its cheaper I heard |
its not bad dawg..i played u on it, my execution is way off,. but little by little, reaction is up the roof though, i cud pull off FADC > ultra...90% the time now...but not used t osquare gate yet

Which setting is better for a se/te stick
the dpad setting or the left analog?

Im usually a DPad person, being a DOA player, but Id sat justuse the anolog. Especailly fo charge characters
SE is a bit cheaper that the TE but if your looking to mod it just but the TE, otherwise you might want to use the SE. Im debating on getting that or the Hori EX2 which makes me nervous. I think that i may just play it safe with the SE in the end, I mean it has a 8 button layout vs a 6 button layout so... plus I havent heard anything bad about the SE and madcatz gives you full coverage if you order from them if Im not mistaken.

you have to watch out for your washers on se fightstick madcatz had some problems with that easy tomod i heard preffer 6 button layout with 8 every time i try to throw i end up focusing

If you want an easy character to learn... Balrog. He's the easiest character to learn and does a lot of damage as well. Or you can try out Rufus but he can be a complicated character at times. |
Balrog is easy to learn, but hard to master, he has great links and super juggles, and his mindgames aren't bad |
Not really. Only two things you really need to learn are c.jabs to headbutt and how to headbutt into ultra/super. Balrog is probably the easiest character to play with.

i went to CF yestrday, did pretty good , wasted like 2 bucks before goin to night schoool..was happy wit my results, still part of all my training

4 =) which is good progress for me sinc ei got my stick last friday.. i went to CF today and i saw cool_rain lol...he busted my ass with viper lke 3 times, i only got one round, hes a monster though..ask him bout wat happen against abel lmaoo...

lol im down =) ill play any1, i relli dnt mind wasting money at the arcade as long as i learn from it in the end, i already kinda noticed my mistakes from playing cool rain and every1 else... i jus need to get a lil bit more comfortable

Haha, yup that Abel got his ass whooped but that one round you looked away thinking that you killed him or something? lol he ultra'd you, you almost lost that round lmfao. Good sht though, you're just getting the hang with the stick so I can't say I'm better yet. You beat my Ryu though  lost my skills with him playing viper too much. GGs it was nice seeing some isser on CF today when's the next time you going? I'll probably be down but gotta check the schedule.
