If you normally like supportive shoes, and are more of a 2 guard(or a big PG), they could be really good for you, if you're usually more into finesse, shoes, they'll probably slow you down a little, and you might have some problems breaking in the cushioning. |
I like the fit of the hyperdunks, I really like zoom air or lunar foam. Right now I'm playing in the adidas promodel fusion 08s. They are comfortable but need a new pair of bball kicks. _________________ JORDAN DMP 7 PACK $255

^Eventhough you're right, isn't he asking for sizing help?
I got regular HD's in my normal size BTW, but if you're really inbetween sizes, it could go either way of course.

That would probably rule out the Blue Chip 2(no Zoom, no Lunar), you could check Whiplash's blog, sneakerlivestock, he's got a head-2-head review of the Hyperize vs. HyperDunk, and one on the Huarache 09's, no foam review though, but you seem a little on the light side for foams anyways, and the Foam lite's have a lot of fit issues. _________________ TEAM SC EUROPA |

Thanks man.
Whats the setup in the hyperizes... is it zoom heel and lunar foam in the fore??
Also, which preforms better the hyperizes or the hurauche 09s?
Has anyone tried the bb3's? How do they preform? _________________ JORDAN DMP 7 PACK $255

Yep, Hyperize is Zoom heel,, and Lunar fore-foot.
And personally I haven't played in either(I'm too heavy), but going by the reviews I read, they both have their weaknesses(Hyperize-lack of support, Huarache 09-lack of stability), so I'm afraid I can't help you there.
So you might wanna check those BB3's too.
There's some short reviews in the BB3 thread, and they sound really good. _________________ TEAM SC EUROPA |

Forget the Hyperizes, they suck. Too much lack of support and stability on the heel.
I wouldn't pick the Huaraches 09 either cause their stability is almost none existent on quick movements and cuts since the compression molded phylon midsole is just too soft thus gives cushion when responsiveness is needed.
BB3 all the way! These shoes are just performance beasts! Nothing bad to say about these babies! The only full length zoom shoe this year |

Right now, since they are not available in the US I guess Ebay would be the best option though they are very pricey |

I am 5'11'' and play the 1 and 2, and I really like the Commander LT so far. I am not sure I would worry that much about the difference between support v. finesse shoes with these. Unlike the first TS Commander, which really puts an emphasis on a providing a prominent, stable base (for work in the post, I guess), the LTs have a much sleeker shape with a radiused outsole that really supports natural movement. They also seem to me to promote getting up on the balls of your feet, which should be good for guards.
I agree with Nene's last point, though, regarding cushioning. If you are really light (I am around 175 lbs), you might have a hard time opening up the heel cushioning, which is kind of firm. The forefoot cushioning, though, with Adiprene +, feels fairly springy right out of the box. |

Get the 10.5. If anything, people thought they ran big and sized down, which is also the case with the Hyperize. _________________ FOLLOW SOLE COLLECTOR ON TWITTER

I think that depends on how you like your cushioning. If you like particularly soft cushioning, or want it to be really springy in the heel, then the LTs might not be for you. If you don't have any strong feelings about heel cushioning, though, you will probably be fine... |
