^If you're not too heavy, I'd say the Kobe IV's are the best shoe to exercise out of your list. The 23's can be a real hit or miss, depending on how well you get the fit, and the LeBron VII is a big-man oriented balling shoe, so they'd probably be too much for just running. _________________ TEAM SC EUROPA |

I was also looking for a good, cheap, and somewhat durable shoe for running indoors and outdoors, and for working out (cardio, lifting weights), etc.
I'm looking for a shoe that can be easily purchased and doesn't cost much. Thanks _________________ LOOK AT MY LISTINGS AND BUY MY KICKS!!!

| If you are really going to run, get running shoes, or at least crosstrainers. For lifting weights and using cardio machines, I wear Starbury 2 lows--there is a cheap one for you (although no longer easily purchased, I guess). Yes, I said it, I wear Starburys (not for ball, though). To be honest, I receive more compliments on them than on all other shoes I have put together... |

please help !! |
I would recommend the ZKIV or if you just don't like low tops get the Hyperdunk. Don't even think of buying the Hyperize! It sucks, no support and an injury prone shoe.
As for the possible Lunar foam durability issue that you might think of, don't worry. At your weight they won't die soon and the best thing is that you won't possibly notice a difference. |
i second this opinion...im a bit shorter then you and weigh around the same and have 6 pairs of the iv's...not only because I love the look of them but because from what I have experienced their performance is unmatched...just ball hard and dont think about them being low, you will feel more free with them...also yes if you are not too thrilled about the idea of a low cut then definitely go with the hyperdunk and stay away from the hyperizers...i bought a pair and because I have very narrow feet I have to tie them extra tight...when i did that the construction of the shoe pushes your feet to the outside of the footbed so you will injure your knees and possibly more
here's a test...get the kobe iv and ball in them hard for about a week...then go and try the hyperdunks...once you switch to the hyperdunk, although it is a good shoe, you will realize how much more restricted you are and will then understand why so many people enjoy the "free" feelin of the iv |
thanks for the input. guess im going to be buying zkiv _________________

Playing in the M6 now (which are GREAT) and then playing in the new Tai Chi right after.
No Duraspring but EVA midsole is tuned pretty softly. _________________ FOLLOW SOLE COLLECTOR ON TWITTER

Nick is the cushioning setup softer than the CP3.II? or the same. |

Hey Nick, how is the fit on the Weapon EVO? Anything else on the market you would compare it with? _________________ "Reasons - not rules - make us strong" |

@ First : Since you seem really specific, could you tell us, your favorite shoes, so we know where you're coming from?

If you normally like supportive shoes, and are more of a 2 guard(or a big PG), they could be really good for you, if you're usually more into finesse, shoes, they'll probably slow you down a little, and you might have some problems breaking in the cushioning. _________________ TEAM SC EUROPA |
