hmm.....I was interested in rc in 8th grade and it seems I've forgot about it. I could start this up again since I'm going to asia over summer and I have the tools needed since I build hobby kits. Does anybody still use their rc kits? If so, where?

you guys have any suggestions for my first buy on a nitro car?
my budget is 200 max.

Yea, i'm looking for an affordable one as well. But MJO23DAN said he built his from scratch. So im guessing it may be a little cheaper. But if im going to start from scratch i need a guide tru.

Yeah I have 2 kits. One is built and the other is not (DS). Kits nowadays come RTR (Ready to Run) whereas mine was pretty much the last time kits were available to build from scratch (2002). I have everything for the kit to build it besides an engine, radio, servos, gasoline and tires. If you guys are interested you can hit me up, but I won't turn this into a listing.
