The ones you posted aren't too bad, but I prefer their slip-on models and the Ranger boots. Thinking about getting a pair for next Fall/Winter. Most of their stuff is affordable, too.

i have a pair of navy ones...they are pretty comfortable...pair them with a matching RL polo and your good to go
