Use the "Lasso" tool. It will take a while, and not exactly super easy. Good luck.

What exactly do I do? Do i just try to crop wade out? I kinda tried it, and its quite the task.

You have to literally cut him out using the "Lasso" tool. Then move that over to the "flames", or add the "flames" as a background.

No problem, you might want to look for some PS tutorials online. There might be something easier out there, I just gave you the way I know (I don't do much PS'ing, so my knowledge is limited).

Another question, I see many Avys out there with a character with their eyes glowing. How do I create that effect?

Okay, I'm having trouble with the .NEF (RAW) files and edjusting them in Photoshop...
I have the .NEF files and "Camera Raw.8bi" plugin for Photoshop, but how do I access Camera Raw and adjust them? This is really confusing/frustrating!
Any help would be appreciated...
